How to have your data removed from WhatsApp Chat CRM.
If you connected your WhatsApp Business Account to WhatsApp Chat CRM through Facebook Embedded Signup, you can remove our access — and trigger automatic deletion of the connection data we hold about that authorization — directly from Facebook:
This only removes the connection credential created by your Facebook authorization. It does not delete a business's own contact/message history, which belongs to that business — see the form below if you need that removed too.
If a business is using WhatsApp Chat CRM to message you on WhatsApp and you want your data (contact record, notes, message history) deleted, the fastest way is to ask that business directly — they own and control that data, and can delete it from their dashboard immediately. If you're unable to reach them, use the form below and we will assist as their data processor.
